- Description:
- The execution of the public order covers activities for the supply of net active electricity and the selection of a coordinator of a standard balancing group for the needs of the Agricultural Institute - Shumen. The contract execution period is 12 (twelve) months, counted from the confirmation of the first regdashed net active electrical energy delivery schedule. The contractor notifies the contracting authority in writing to confirm the date of registration of the first registered schedule.
An option is provided to extend the contract by up to 4 (four) months, in the event that upon expiration of the contract, thethe resident, for objective reasons, was unable to complete the procedure for determining a new contractor to carry out the deliveries under this procedure. This contract remains in force until the final completion of the procedures and the conclusion of a new contract, but not more than 4 (four) months.
Based on the amount actually consumed for the previous 12 (twelve) months, the contracting authority forecasts the required amount of electricity for the period of execution of this public procurement.
The total estimated amount of electricity consumed for the term of the contract without included option is 400 MW/h (for 12 (twelve) months), according to the Technical Specification. The total estimated quantity of electricity with included option to extend the term of the contract by up to 4 (four) months is in the amount of 534 MW/h (for 16 (sixteen) months).
