Description:
The public order includes the supply of net active electrical energy for all municipal sites on the territory of Rudozem municipality at freely agreed prices; inclusion of the objects in a standard balancing group, as an indirect member, with the coordinator the Contractor, incl. provision of services by: prognoelectricity consumption measurement, planning, ordering and balancing; preparing and submitting hourly daily schedules and sending them for administration of the information flow by "ESO" EAD; assuming the responsibility for balancing - the obligation to financially settle the differences betweeny the amount of electricity according to a registered schedule/forecast of consumption and the actual reported consumption from commercial metering devices, or the difference between purchases and sales for a given settlement period, as well as all activities related to participation in the liberalized electricity marketctric energy of the Contracting Authority.
