  "Delivery of net active electrical energy - low voltage and selection of coordinator of balancing group for objects of the State Fund "Agriculture" located on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria" for 3 separate positions
  The subject of this public procurement includes the supply of low voltage net active electrical energy and the selection of a balancing group coordinator for sites of the State Fund "Agriculture", located on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Delivery includes: delivery of low-voltage electricity, preparation of documents and registration at the initial change of supplier; planning and forecasting on behalf of the Employer; preparation and submission of hourly freight schedules on behalf of the Employer, with risks related to forecasting and imbalances remaining at the expense of the contractor, and participation in the company balancing group.
  As a "standard balancing group coordinator", the contractor should take responsibility for balancing of the contracting authority's sites, to include the contracting authority as a participant (indirect member) in a standard balancing group with the contractor coordinator, without the contracting authority paying a participation fee, and to provide forecasting of the contracting authority's consumption, including the administration of hourly schedules for consumption of the contracting authority.
