• Description:
• "Delivery of net active electrical energy - low voltage, and selection of a balancing group coordinator for facilities supplied with electricity, used by ODMVR - Pleven", which includes the delivery of the necessary amounts of net electrical energy low voltage, inclusion of the sites in a standard balancing group, with the Contractor being the coordinator as an indirect member; provision of electricity consumption forecasting, planning, ordering and balancing services; preparation and submission of hourly daily schedules and sending them for administration of the information flow by the Electricity System Operator (ECO) EAD; taking responsibility for balancing. The contractor will also be assigned the administration and payment of the network services to the operator of the electricity distribution network, as well as all inherent activities related to the participation of the Contracting Authority in the free electricity market. During the delivery, the continuity of the electricity supply should be ensured and delivers electrical energy with quality and order, as provided for in the Energy Act (E) and other legal acts that govern public relations related to the supply of electric energy (including the Regulations to E, the Rules for trading in electric energy (PTEE) and the Rules for measuring the quantity of electric energy (PIKEE).
