• “Delivery of net active electrical energy (medium/low voltage) by a coordinator of a standard balancing group with full information flow administration with ECO and bearing the costs of our... The subject of this order is the delivery of net active electric energy for sites of the Employer from a licensed electric energy supplier and coordinator of a standard balancing group to supply net active electric energy with full administration of the information flow with ESO and bearing the cost of imbalances. The contractor should provide a combined service - sale of electric energy and payment for the services "access to and transmission through the power transmission and/or power distribution network" and "responsibility for balancing". In its capacity as "coordinator of a standard balancing group", the Contractor should take responsibility for balancing the objects of the Employer, include the Employer as a participant (indirect member) in a standard balancing group with the coordinator the Contractor, without the Employer paying a participation fee, as well as providing forecasting of the Employer's consumption, including administration of the hourly consumption schedules of the Employer. Based on the above, a contract will be concluded with the Contractor for combined services within the meaning of Art. 11, item 10 and under the conditions of Art. 20 of PTEE /Rules for trading in electrical energy/.
