• Delivery of net active electrical energy at medium voltage level and selection of a balancing group coordinator for the needs of UMBAL "QUEEN IOANNA - ISUL" EAD The purpose of the public procurement is to select an electricity supplier and coordinator of a balancing group by concluding a contract for combined services within the meaning of Art. 20 of the Electricity Trade Rules, for a period of 12 months. Continuity of the power supply should be ensured during delivery and delivered electrical energy at the medium voltage level with quality and in order, as provided for in the Energy Act (EL) and other normative acts that govern public relations related to the supply of electrical energy (including the regulations to ZE, the Electricity Trading Rules (PTEE) and the Rules for Measuring the Quantity of Electric Energy (PIKEE). As a "balancing group coordinator", the contractor should take responsibility for balancing, include the contractor in the balancing energy market as a participant (indirect member) in a standard balancing group, without the client paying a participation fee, as well as providing forecasting of the client's consumption, including administration of time schedules for consumption of the contracting authority.
