Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of net quantities of active electricity to the sites of the DGSBZN and its territorial units and the provision of services by performing activity as a coordinator of a standard balancing group, in accordance with the Energy Act (EA), Rules of Trade with electricity (Ptee) and rules for measuring the amount of electricity (PIKE).
20 of the current Ptee, namely the purchase of electricity and payment of All services used as the end customer: "Access to the power transmission and/or electricity distribution network", "Electricity transfer through the electricity and/or electricity distribution network" and "Balancing responsibility", as well as settlement of relations in connection with Payment of the amounts due for network services for the respective price period.
Quantity or volume of the order: 7 286 MWh.
The estimated quantity is determined on the basis of the electricity consumed for a one -year period at the sites of the DGCBZN and its territorial units, indicated in table form 1: "The amount of electricity consumed by the number of sites of the DGSBZN/SDPBZN/RDPSN for 2024 - Annex to the technical specification.
