- The subject of this public procurement is the delivery of net active electricity for eight separate sites, owned by MOBAL "Dr. Stefan Cherkezov" AD-Veliko Tarnovo, referred to in Annex No. 1- Technical specification of the contracting authority from a licensed supplier of electricity Energy and coordinator of a standard balancing group to deliver net active electricity for the needs of the sites, with the full administration of the ESO information flow and the cost of unbalanceds. The subject of the contract also includes administration of the amounts for the statutory Fees, network services and excise duty. They will be paid by the contracting authority. On the basis of the above, the contractor will be concluded for combination services within the meaning of Art. 11, item 10 and under the conditions of Art. 20 of PEEE /Electricity Trade Rules /.
In the performance of The order should be ensured of the continuity of the electricity supply and supplied electricity of quality and in order, in accordance with the Energy Act and other normative acts that regulate the public relations related to the supply of electricity /incl. PEEE, PIKEE and the regulations issued on the grounds of the EA, etc./, allowing energy management, optimization and efficiency in spending public funds upon delivery of goods by the contractor selected by the contracting authority through a public procurement contract.
