- The subject of this public procurement is the delivery of net active electricity to the sites of Sungurlare Municipality, specified in the technical specification of the contracting authority- Annex No. 1 of a licensed electricity supplier and a standard balancing group coordinator toIt supplies net active electricity, with full administration of the ESO information flow and the cost of unbalanceds. The subject of the contract also includes the administration of the amounts for the statutory fees, network services and excise duty.
