The public procurement aims at concluding a Combined Services Agreement within the meaning of Art. 20 of PTEE, namely purchase of electricity and payment of all used by the Contracting Authority as a final customer services: "Access to the electricity transmission and / or electricity distribution network", "transmission of electricity through the electricity transmission and / or electricity distribution" and "responsibility for Balancing, as well as settling relations in relation to the payment of due amounts for network services for the respective price period.
