- The subject of this public procurement is the delivery of net active electricity to the objects of the contracting authority, which are explicitly stated in the technical specification- Annex 1 of a licensed electricity supplier and a standard balancing group coordinator. Assignment The order aims to select a licensed trader - a standard balancing group coordinator to deliver net electricity to the contracting authority, with the full administration of the Information Stream with ESO and the cost of unbalanceds, by building a remote system Measurement and monitoring of energy consumption in selected objects of the contracting authority, the aim to achieve optimization and economy of electrical consumption through effective energy management. The subject of the order also includes administration of the amounts for the statutory fees, network services and excise duty. They will be paid by the contracting authority. On the basis of the above, the contractor will be concluded for combination services within the meaning of Art. 11, item 10 and under the conditions of Art. 20 of PEEE /Electricity Trade Rules /. At the conclusion of the award contract On the public procurement with the participant selected as the contractor, the contracting authority will specify the number and objects for which the remote measurement and monitoring system will be built of electricity consumption.
