Description:
I. The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of net active electricity - low voltage and selection of the coordinator of a standard balancing group for the needs of the sites (buildings) of the "Red Riding Hood" - Trakia District, Plovdiv Municipality, as follows: "Delivery of netActive Electricity - Low Voltage and Selection of a Coordinator of a Standard Balancing Group for the needs of DG Red Hood, Plovdiv.item 5 of the Energy Act (EA) and meet the requirements for the balancing group coordinator. The license should contain the rights and obligations related to the activity of a balancing group coordinator.
2. The supplied electricity should be of a quality that meets the regulatoryRequirements in accordance with the Energy Act (EA) and the rules for trade in electricity (PEE).
3. Each participant must be registered in the register of coordinators of standard balancing groups on the ESO EAD website with the status "active".
4. The contract for the public procurement willbe with a deadline of 24 (twenty -four) calendar months or until its value of BGN 211 135,00 (two hundred and eleven thousand one hundred thirty -five levs) without incl. VAT as of the date of its entry into force, which of the two conditions earlier.
