Description:
The subject of the contract is the selection of a contractor for the delivery of the quantities of net active electricity at the level of medium and low voltage and the relevant related services, incl. to fulfill his duties as a balancing group coordinator. Delivery Electricity must be in accordance with the current regulatory documents: Energy Act (EA), Electricity Trade Rules (PEEE) and rules for measuring the quantity of electricity (PIKE).
The estimated value includes regulatory prices for Transmission and access through/to the electricity distribution networks, for transmission and access through/to the electricity transmission network, price for "obligations to society", other prices and excise duties adjustable by the EWRC. The estimated value does not bind the contracting authority to consume it or limit it.

The estimated quantity Electricity from the contracting authority - St. Marina Hospital EAD, for a period of 1 (one) year in total of 10,000 MWh:
For objects of the contracting authority, connected to the electricity distribution network at the medium voltage level - 9 600 MWh;
For objects of the contracting authority annexed to electricity distribution Low voltage network - 400 mWh.
The full scope of the order is according to the technical specification to the approved documentation for Participation.
