• The subject of this public procurement includes the supply of net quantities of active electrical energy (low voltage) and the selection of a balancing group coordinator for the needs of the Haskovo ODVRM for a period of 12 calendar months, in accordance with the Energy Act (EE), the Rules of Trade and electric energy (PTEE), the Rules for measuring the quantity of electric energy (PIKEE).
  This public procurement aims to provide supply of low-voltage net electricity for facilities used by the Haskovo ODVM and on the territory of the Haskovo region (according to the list); inclusion on the objects in a standard balancing group, as an indirect member, with the coordinator the Contractor; including provision of services in: forecasting of electricity consumption, planning, ordering and balancing; preparing and submitting hourly daily schedules and sending them to the administration of the information flow from the Electricity System Operator (ESO EAD).
