Description:
The subject of the order includes activities for the supply of net amounts of active electrical energy (medium/low voltage) and the selection of a balancing group coordinator for the needs of the UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE, CONSTRUCTION AND GEODESY (UASG). Delivery is carried out at the Contracting Authority's premises, detaileddescribed in the technical specification.
The estimated amount of electricity is determined on the basis of the amounts consumed for the past period for all the sites of the Contracting Authority and amounts to about 2998797 kWh of electricity.
The conditions under which the subject of the order will be realized, as well as the rights and obligatedof the Employer and the Contractor, are in accordance with the draft contract, the technical specification, the technical and price proposal of the Contractor, as well as in accordance with the current legislation and established rules in the field of energy.
