- The activities subject to the order are expressed in the supply of net quantities of active electrical energy (medium/low voltage) and the selection of a balancing group coordinator for the needs of PLOVDIV UNIVERSITY "PAISIY HILENDARSKI" for a period of 12 (twelve) months. performed in an objectand of the Contracting Authority, described in detail in the Technical Specification.
The estimated amount of electricity is determined on the basis of the consumed quantities for the previous 12 months for all sites of the contracting authority.
The conditions under which the subject of the order will be realized, as well as the rights and obligations ofthe contracting authority and the contractor, are in accordance with the draft contract, the Technical Specification, the Technical and Price Proposal of the Contractor, as well as in accordance with the current legislation and established rules in the field of energy.
