• 1. Subject of the order The subject of the public procurement is the supply of net electric energy and the selection of a coordinator of a balancing group for the needs of the municipality of Topolovgrad. 2. General requirements for implementation When delivered, it should be delivered electric energy with quality and in order, according to the provisions of the Energy Act (E) and the other legal acts that regulate public relations related to the supply of electric energy (including the regulations on E, the Rules for trading in electric energy (PTEE) and the Rules for measuring the quantity of electric energy (PIKEE)). As a "balancing group coordinator", the contractor should take responsibility for balancing, include the contracting authority in the balancing market energy as a participant (indirect member) in a standard balancing group, without the client paying a participation fee, as well as providing forecasting of the client's consumption, including administration of the client's hourly consumption schedules. 3. Place and deadline for execution of the order Place of execution of the order - the Electricity System of the Republic of Bulgaria.
