- The subject of the order includes the supply of net electrical energy for low voltage for the properties owned and used by VTU "St. Cyril and Methodius", inclusion of the sites in a standard balancing group with the Contractor's coordinator, provision of a consumption forecasting service, preparedand submission of hourly daily schedules by the coordinator of the balancing group, taking responsibility for balancing and all activities related to participation in the liberalized electricity market to the contracting authority for a period of one year. Estimated amount of electricity for 1 yearis 1,200 MWh.
The facilities for the supply of electricity within the scope of the public procurement are located in the following locations: the city of Veliko Tarnovo, the village of Arbanasi, the city of Vratsa, the city of Pleven and the city of Sofia.
