• Description:
• The subject of this order is the selection of a public procurement contractor with the subject: DELIVERY OF NET ELECTRICAL ENERGY (MEDIUM/LOW VOLTAGE) AND SELECTION OF THE COORDINATOR OF THE BALANCING GROUP FOR THE NEEDS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PRIMORSKO. In the subject of the public procurement includes the supply of electricity at the medium/low voltage level with full administration of the information flow with the Electricity System Operator (ECO) and assuming the costs of imbalances, for the sites of the Employer specified in the Technical specification, part of the participation documentation. CPV code according to the public procurement classifier is: 09310000 (Electricity). The total estimated quantity for the term of the contract is 4287 MWh low and medium voltage. The contractor should provide the The assignor service for forecasting consumption, preparation of hourly schedules, administration of the information flow to ESO EAD, as well as responsibility for balancing. The term for the performance of the activities under the contract is 24 (twenty-four) months, starting from the date of registration of the first registered schedule for the delivery of net active electrical energy after the entry into force of the contract or until the maximum cost limit under the contract is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
