- Subject of the public procurement: "Delivery of net electricity and the selection of a balancing group coordinator for the needs of Bratsigovo Municipality" indicated in a list to the technical specification of the contracting authority (Annex 1 - an integral part of this documentation), from a licensed providerof electricity and coordinator of a standard balancing group to deliver net active electricity with full administration of the ESO information flow and the cost of unbalancedFees, network services and excise duty. They will be paid by the contracting authority. On the basis of the above, the contractor will be concluded for combination services within the meaning of Art. 11, item 10 and under the conditions of Art. 20 of the Electricity Trade Rules (Ptee).
