Description:
The order is subject to: "Delivery of net electricity and the choice of a balancing group coordinator under the conditions of a liberalized market for the needs of the Children's Disease" Prof. Ivan Mitev EAD ".
The order includes the selection of a net active electricity supplier, coordinator of Standard balancing group, full administration of the information flow with ESO AED (electricity system operator) and OEM (operator of electricity transmission network) and assumption of the costs of unbalanced for the needs of the medical establishment.
The estimated quantity for the term of the contract / 36 months / is 1396,62 MWh and was formed on the basis of consumption of net electricity consumed for a 12 -month period of increased by 15 %.
The estimated quantities do not engage the contracting authority to absorb them, and do not limit the consumption of the contracting authority.
