- The public procurement is intended to be selected by an electricity and balancing group coordinator in accordance with the provisions of the Electricity Trade Rules (Ptee) by concluding a contract for combined services within the meaning of Art. 20 of Ptee, namely the purchase of an electricEnergy and payment of all used by the contracting authority as the end customer services: "Access to the power transmission and/or electricity distribution network", "electricity transmission through the electricity and/or electricity distribution network" and "Balancing responsibility", as well as settlement of relationsin connection with the payment of the amounts due for network services for the respective price period.
