Subject of the public procurement: Delivery of net electricity by a contractor, coordinator of a standard balancing group, with full administration of the information flow with ESO and bearing the costs of imbalances. Code according to the General Terminology Vocabulary (CPV): 09310000 - Electric energy The Purchaser's consumption for a 12-month period (02.2025 - 01.2026) is worth €67,632.88 without VAT and €81,159.46 incl. VAT. 2. Place of supply of electrical energy - city of Kazanlak, ul. Starozagorska" No. 16 3. The contract performance period is for a period of 12 months and comes into force from the date of registration of the first delivery schedule. The schedule should be registered in the first month in which a schedule can legally be registered, after the exit to the free market, according to the Electricity Trading Rules. The term of the contract can be extended, by no more than 3 months, if the Contracting Authority has duly announced a public procurement with the same subject, (for a subsequent period), under which does not have a specific contractor. The total estimated value of the order includes, in addition to the price of electricity and the excise duties regulated by KEVR under Article 20, paragraph 2, item 17 of the Law on Excises and Tax Warehouses, the fee determined by a decision of KEVR "obligation to society", network services ("transmission and access" fees to the electricity distribution and electricity transmission networks), as well as legally determined additions to the price of electric energy according to ZE ...
