• Description:
• The public procurement is for the supply of MV and LV electricity at freely negotiated prices in accordance with the Energy Act and the Electricity Trading Rules (ETEE). Numbers (TIN / EIC), location (address), network operator, connection voltage and commercial metering for each of the powered objects are detailed in the Technical Specification. The powered sites are the property of "Metropolitan" EAD. All objects powered by SrH are first category of power supply. The objects of "Metropolitan" EAD, powered by LV, are the third category of power supply. The execution of the order should be in full accordance with the Technical Specification. Delivery is included in the scope of this public procurement of net LV electrical energy at 46 (forty-six) sites and net LV electrical energy at 10 (ten) sites of "Metropolitan" EAD. The estimated amount of net electrical energy expected to be delivered over the performance period of the order (12 months) is 68,952.06 MWh and is determined on the basis of monthly reports of the consumed electricity for the period from January 2024 to December 2024. When putting into operation new objects - metro sections during the operation of the Contract, as well as in the event of a change in the schedule for the movement of metro trains during the validity of the Contract, the CONTRACTING PARTY has an option under the conditions of Art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of the PLO to increase the estimated parameters by up to 20%...
