- Delivery of net electric energy for medium and low voltage to users from the KIPKO Command and provision of services, by performing activities as a balancing group coordinator, in accordance with the Energy Act (EE), the Rules for Trading in Electric Energy (PTEE) and the Rules formeasurement of the amount of electrical energy (PIKEE). The purpose of awarding the public contract is to conclude a contract for combined services within the meaning of Art. 20 of PTEE, namely the purchase of electrical energy and payment of all services used by the Contracting Authority as an end customer: "access tothe electricity transmission and/or electricity distribution network", "electricity transmission through the electricity transmission and/or electricity distribution network" and "responsibility for balancing", as well as settlement of relations in connection with the payment of amounts due for network services for the relevant price period.
