- The current open procedure for awarding a public contract is conducted in accordance with Article 73, Paragraph 1 of the Law on Public Procurement, in connection with Article 18, Paragraph 1, Item 1 and Article 20, Paragraph 1. 1, item 1, b. "b" from ZOP.
