subject of this public procurement is delivery (sale) of Net active electricityEnergy (medium/ low/ voltage) by a standard balancing group coordinator, with full administration of the ESO information flow and the cost of unbalanced costs for objects owned by Tvarditsa Municipality.The contracting authority for one year is ≈ 1400 MWh and for two years it is ≈ 2800 mWh, and with the inclusion of renewal with up to 12 / twelve / months is in the amount of ≈ 4200 mWh.(EA), the rules for trade in electricity (Ptee) and rules for measuring the quantity of electricity (PIKEE). The objects of Tvarditsa Municipality are detailed inAnnex №1.1 to the technical specification.
For the term of the contract, the contracting authority will also have the right to join new sites, which are further included in the list of commercial measurement funds, in the appropriate order, with the required documents.
In the amount of estimated valueThe contract also includes a possible one -time renewal of the contract for a period of 12 / twelve / calendar months, in accordance with Art. 21, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, in connection with Art. 6 of PPPOP.
