- The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of network equipment for the needs of the National Visa Information System (NVIS) in connection with the implementation of Activity 3, sub-activity 3.1. "Purchase and supply of communication and network equipment" from project No. BG65BVPR001-2.002-0002 with name "Development and upgrading of the program and technical provision of the NVIS", financed under the administrative contract for the provision of non-grant financial assistance with reg. No. 812108-81/20.11.2024 under the Program of the Republic of Bulgaria from the Instrument for financial support for the management of borders and visa policy (IUGVP) 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Union for the needs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs".
The scope of this public procurement includes the following activities:
1. Delivery, installation and commissioning of network equipment for the needs of NVIS, in detail described
by type, quantity and minimum technical characteristics in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority.
2. The warranty and service of the equipment delivered under item 1, provided within the term of
warranty service in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
For the purpose of insurance the continuity of the work of the National Visa Center (NVC) and the Reserve Visa Center
(RVC) replacement of part of the current communication equipment, continuation of the existing ones, is planned
licenses and support.
