- The public order is enforceable under the conditions described in the present Guidelines, Technical Specification and Draft Contract, part of the documentation for participation in this procedure and is subject to: Delivery of new electric buses by specific positions. The order includes as follows: OP 1 - Delivery of 1 new 9+/-1 meter electric bus OP 2 - Delivery of 1 new 7+/-1 meter electric bus The scope of the order for both separate items also includes an obligation for the Contractor to register the buses with the traffic police - Gabrovo on behalf of the Employer. The scope of activities also includes: provision of warranty support and service within the warranty period under the conditions specified in the documentation of this procedure; training of the Contracting Authority's staff, immediately after receiving the buses - driver instructors - 2 people; guides - 3 people; service workers - min. 4 people. The minimum requirements regarding the type, technical data and characteristics of the electric buses to be delivered by the contractor, are detailed in the Technical Specification for the relevant specific item. Contracts for the execution of the order for each of the individual positions will be concluded under the terms of Art. 114 of the Civil Code and will be implemented only after providing financing for the implementation of the activity.
