- "Delivery of a new electric vehicle under investment BG-RRP-13.011-0028 "Purchase of electric vehicles, including associated charging stations for the provision of social services... The subject of the public procurement includes activities under delivery of 1 (one) factory-new electric car within the framework of investment BG-RRP-13.011-0028 "Purchase of electric vehicles, including connected charging stations for the provision of social services in the municipality of Smyadovo" and warranty support within the warranty period. The purpose of the public procurement is to increase energy efficiency, reduce energy dependence and improve operational sustainability in the social services sector by purchasing an electric vehicle in support of social activity. This will reduce dependence on fossil fuels, promote renewable energy production and support the transition to clean mobility in line with the REPowerEU Plan, the European Solar Strategy and the Green pact of the EU. The car must meet the criteria for clean vehicles according to Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 and Ordinance No. H-21 of December 19, 2023 on the requirements for clean vehicles, issued by the Minister of Transport and Communications. C the subject of the public order includes the warranty service of the car in an authorized service center.
