- The subject of this order is Delivery of office materials and office supplies for the needs of the Municipality of Nessebar and the secondary managers under specific positions:
Specific position No. 1: Supply of office materials and office supplies;
Specific position No. 2: Delivery of stationeryand office consumables falling under the list under Art. 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the ZOP, by conducting an open procedure in accordance with Art. 18., para. 1, item 1, on the basis of Art. 20, para. 1, item 1, letter "b" of the ZOP.
The quantity and types of office materials are delivered to individual requests, depending on the current needsosts of the Municipality of Nessebar and the secondary orderers, until the expiration of three years, counted from the date of awarding the order.
Participants should submit samples.
The subject of separate item No. 2 is included in the list under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act and on the basis of Art. 12 of the Civil Code, in conjunction with Art. 80 of PPZOP, specific item #2 is reserved
