• Description:
• The public order includes the supply of office materials that fall into the list under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Code. The deliveries are periodic and are carried out after prior request depending on the specific needs of the municipal administration and the secondary budget managers of the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo. The goods subject to delivery, together with the requirements of the Employer regarding their technical and functional characteristics, unit of measure and estimated quantity for a period of two years, are detailed in Appendix No. 1a to the technical specification. The specified quantities are estimated (indicative), therefore the Employer reserves the right to increase, decrease or not request a given item. ​​​​​​​ The goods subject to delivery are included in the list under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the ZOP, which is why the order is reserved for specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities based on Art. 12 of the Civil Code in connection with Art. 80 of PPZOP. In the present procedure for awarding public other interested persons may also participate in the procurement, but their bids will be considered only if no bids from persons who are specialized enterprises or cooperatives of disabled people are admitted.
