Delivery of stationery for municipal needs administration and the secondary administrators with a budget to the Municipality of Silistra, divided into two separate items: Separate item No. 1 - Delivery of office supplies Separate item No. 2 - Delivery of office supplies included in the List of goods and the services under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the ZOP" The present public order includes the supply of office materials (folders, binders, copy paper, paper clips, tape, chemicals, etc.) for the needs of municipal administration and secondary managers with a budget to Municipality of Silistra. The deliveries are periodic and are carried out after a prior request depending on the specific needs of the municipal administration and the secondary budget managers of the Municipality of Silistra. The goods subject to delivery together with the requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding their technical and functional characteristics, unit of measure and estimated quantity for a period of one year, are described in detail in Appendix No. 1 - "Technical Specification" for the respective individual item. The ones mentioned quantities are estimated (indicative), therefore the Employer reserves the right to increase, decrease or not request an item. Each of the objects, within the framework of the agreed value in the contract, has the right to change, increase and/or decrease the quantities according to the real needs of the objects.
