In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Communitythe procurement procedure is intended for implementation by specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities, since the object falls within the scope of the List of goods and services under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Code. These persons (specialized enterprises or cooperatives of disabled people) rubbva to meet the conditions in art. 12, para. 5 and para. 6 of the ZOP.
Other interested parties may also participate in the public procurement, but their bids will be considered only if no bids from persons registered as specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities are allowed.The term of the contract is one year and starts from the date of its conclusion.
