Description:
The purpose of the order is to ensure the delivery of 1 (one) new cargo - passenger car. The subject of the order includes registration with the traffic police and provision of warranty service for the delivered car during the warranty period.
Warranty service means the mandatory periodiccar maintenance, which is carried out by the Contractor during the warranty period, in order for the manufacturer's warranty liability to apply.
The detailed requirements for the execution of the order and the technical specifications are indicated in Part IV "REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE ORDER. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONSKACI' from the participation documentation.
