Subject: "Delivery of one new electric passenger van 8+1 seats in implementation of investment BG-RRP-13.011-0036 "Purchase of an electric vehicle and a charging station for social services in the municipality of Pernik". - The van delivered must be new and unused; - The chosen performer should also carry out warranty (service) service of the delivered new electric passenger van 8+1 seats during the warranty period; - The minibus should be equipped according to Art. 139, para. 2 of the Road Traffic Act, s safety triangle, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, reflective vest, to be accompanied by the documents required for its registration, warranty and service booklet, as well as operating instructions in Bulgarian; - The van subject to the delivery should meet the criteria for "clean vehicles" according to Ordinance No. H-21 of 19.12.2023 on the requirements for clean vehicles, issued by the Minister of Transport and Communications, promulgated, SG No. 2 of 5.01.2024, in force from 01/05/2024; - The van should be of proven origin and be accompanied by a declaration of origin and a certificate of conformity; - The selected contractor must perform an initial registration with the traffic police and present to the Contracting Authority a large and small coupon of the car, as well as a ticket for passing the GTP; - The minibus must be delivered to the town of Pernik, to a place specified by the Contracting Authority, loaded with all necessary for the operation...
