Description:
The object of the public procurement is "Delivery of goods by purchase" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (Public Procurement Act) and is the subject of the conclusion of framework agreements with potential contractors for delivery and purchase of one pole and three -pole miniature automatic automatic circuit breakers under the conditions and requirements of the contracting authority.
Any interested person may submit an offer provided that it meets the requirements of Public Procurement Law, Rules for Implementation of the Public Procurement Law (PPPOP) and the requirements of the contracting authority specified in the notice and the documentation for participation. Present public Order is not divided into lots.
The subject of the contract includes the following estimated quantity for the period of the framework agreement of 48 (forty -eight) months:

to 63A, wide. 18, 1p 6A -2,000 pcs.
