• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement includes delivery, installation, warranty support and training of personnel to work with the delivered medical equipment for the needs of the Simulation Center of the Medical University of Plovdiv, individualized by type and quantity according to the technical specification of the relevant separate position.
  ​​​​​​​The total estimated value of this public procurement is 43,632.00 without VAT, divided into 2 separate items (OP) with estimated values as follows:

  The indicated above, estimated value for the respective individual position is maximum. Participants who offer a higher price than the maximum estimated value of the allocated item announced by the Contracting Authority will be removed from the procedure, as not meeting the previously announced conditions of the contracting authority.
  21, para. 6 of the ZOP, by direct assignment of the designated position on the basis of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Civil Code.
  On the basis of Art. 6 of the Civil Code and in connection with Art. 7 of PPZOP, the Contracting Authority will assign the execution of deliveries under separate item #2 in the order of the individual value for the item - art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Civil Code.
