Description:
The object of this public procurement is "delivery" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act.
The scope, volume and requirements for the execution of the public procurement for each specific item are described and regulated in the Technical Specification, PART II of the participation documentation.
The procurementundertakes activities related to the periodic supply of parts, consumables and freon for the needs of the Ministry of Defense and its subordinate structures in the country, by types and quantities, for which characteristics and requirements are presented in the Technical Specification under the relevant separate item (Ex. No. 1.1, No. 1.2 and No. 1.3), an integral part of the documentation. The deliveries of the goods for each individual item will be carried out periodically, after receiving preliminary written requests from the Contracting Authority. The quantities specified in the Technical Specifications are indicative/forecast and the deliveries depend on the current needs of the BMA.The contracting authority has no obligation to declare (order) the entire quantity and/or all the nomenclatures.
