Description:
Delivery by purchase of 10 (ten) cars with five doors. Deadline for order fulfillment: Up to 12 (twelve) months from the date of signing the contract. Place of execution of the order: Sofia, Kozloduy St. No. 4 or from the contractor's base in Sofia, the method will be determined byspeech between the parties upon delivery. Variants of the proposals are not allowed. The criterion for evaluating the offers is the economically most advantageous offer, determined under the "optimal quality/price ratio" criterion. Validity period of the offers: 4 (four) months. The total value under the contract withincluded VAT is paid in advance via bank transfer by the Contracting Authority, against a 100% bank guarantee or bank transfer to the Contracting Authority's account or insurance in favor of the Contracting Authority securing the funds paid in advance. The contractor himself chooses the form of the guarantee for the advance payment.
