• "Delivery of personal protective equipment", by separate items, as follows: Separate item No. 1: "Supply of helmets for firefighters type 1"; Separate item No. 2: "Supply of helmets for firefighters type 2", within the framework of project No. BG16FFPR002-4.001-0001 "Increasing the technical security and capacity of the structural units of the Main Directorate "Fire Safety and Protection of the Population" and preparing the population to respond to forest fires", financed under the "Environment" Program 2021 - 2027. Briefly description: The public order covers the supply of personal protective equipment for the protection of the employees of the Main Directorate "Fire Safety and Protection of the Population" when carrying out fire-fighting and/or rescue activities. Quantity or volume of public procurement: Separate item No. 1: helmet for firefighters type 1 - 3,000 pieces; Separate item No. 2: helmet for firefighters type 2 - 3,000 pieces of helmets complete with flashlight and goggles. Deadline for the execution of the public procurement: By all accounts positions: The contract enters into force from the date of its registration in the records system of the Contracting Authority and is valid until the expiration of the warranty period for hidden defects of the goods and the satisfaction of all claims of the Contracting Authority related to the warranty liability of the Contractor. The deadline for delivery is up to 12 months, counted from the date of registration of the contract in the contracting authority's accounting system.
