"Delivery of personal protective equipment", by separate items, as follows: Separate item No. 1 "Supply of protective clothing for firefighters"; Specific position No. 2 "Supply of helmets for firefighters", within the STREAM 2 project "Rationalization of cross-border cooperation: A joint approach to disaster resilience", co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund under the INTERREG VI-A Program Romania-Bulgaria 2021-2027. Short description: The public order, covers the supply of personal protective equipment for the employees of the Main Directorate "Fire Safety and Protection of the Population" when carrying out fire-fighting and/or rescue activities. Quantity or volume of the public procurement: Designated Item No. 1 "Supply of protective clothing for firefighters" - 160 sets; Separate item No. 2 "Supply of helmets for firefighters" - 160 pieces. The place of performance for all specific positions: The place of execution of the public order is the Central warehouse of GDPBZN - Ministry of the Interior, located in the village of Lokorsko, region Sofia. Deadline for the execution of the public procurement for all specific positions: The contract enters into force from the date of its registration in the records system of the Contracting Authority and is valid until the expiration of the warranty period for hidden defects of the goods and the satisfaction of all claims of the Employer related to the warranty liability of the Contractor.
