• Within the scope of the public procurement, activities will be carried out for the delivery of the following items with estimated quantities as follows: 1. A waterproof suit with high visibility, consisting of two parts - jacket (jacket) with a hood and trousers - 1598 pieces and 2. Mushama type waterproof raincoat with high visibility - 988 pieces. The complete description of the requirements of the Contracting Authority is indicated in the Technical Specification, Appendix No. 1 to this public procurement documentation. This public procurement is reserved for assigning specialized enterprises or cooperatives to people with disabilities or to business entities whose main goal is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or people in a disadvantaged position. Specialized enterprises or cooperatives of disabled people can participate in the public procurement under the conditions of art. 12, para. 5 and para. 6 of the Civil Code and Art. 80, para. 3 and para. 4 of PPZOP. Other interested participants may participate in the procedure, but their offers are considered only if no bids are allowed from participants for whom the order is reserved.
