• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement provides for periodic deliveries of new PEVP pipes and shaped parts and PVC-O pipes for drinking water and PVC sewage pipes and shaped parts, described in detail in the Technical Specification, Appendix No. 1 to this documentation, for the needs of "Water Supply and Sewerage" EOOD, Pleven. The order will be executed through periodic deliveries in quantities determined by prior written requests of the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the current needs of The company regularly during the term of the contract in accordance with the proposed offer of the participant designated as the Executor of the public procurement. This procedure is divided into two separate items: Separate item No. 1 "Delivery of PEVP pipes and fittings and PVC-O pipes for drinking water"; Separate position No. 2 "Supply of PVC sewer pipes and shaped parts". A separate position is available in the public procurement, which will be assigned on the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Civil Code, in connection with Art. 7 from PPZOP in the order provided for its individual value, as follows: Separate item No. 2 "Supply of PVC sewer pipes and fittings" - 11,000.00 (eleven thousand) EURO without VAT. The allocation of this separate item was carried out in the presence of the required conditions: its estimated value does not exceed - BGN 156,464.00 without VAT and the total estimated value of separate item No. 2 does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the entire order in the amount of 625,000.00 ...
