• Description:
• The subject of this public procurement is: "Supply of photo, video and audiovisual equipment for the needs of the National STEM Center". This public procurement is divided into two separate items as follows: Item No. 1: “Delivery of audiovisual equipment for halls'; Specific item No. 2: "Supply of video and photo equipment for training." Scope of the public procurement: 1. The scope of the public procurement under Separate item 1 "Supply of audiovisual equipment for halls" includes supply, assembly, installation and adjustment activities of equipment described by type, quantity and with minimum technical characteristics according to the tables of Section I "Minimum requirements for the implementation under Separate Item No. 1" of the Technical Specification. The equipment is supplied for the audiovisual provision of a large hall with a capacity of 150 people and a recording studio and a small hall with a capacity of 50 people. The contractor should deliver equipment with parameters described in his technical proposal, in accordance with the technical specification of the contracting authority. It is required by the contractor that the equipment supplied to a specific hall works as one common system. The contractor under the contract should also provide warranty support for the delivered equipment for a period proposed by him in his technical proposal and not shorter than indicated by the contracting authority for each type of equipment according to the tables of Section I "Minimum requirements for the implementation of Separate items...
