Description:
Special position No. 1 Delivery of foreign language scientific literature;
Special position No. 2 Delivery of scientific literature published by Bulgarian publishing houses
Separate position No. 3. Delivery of scientific printed or electronic publications (awarded according to the order of Art. 21, Para. 6 of the ZOP).
The subject of the public procurement will be referred to in this documentation as "BOOKS/THES" for brevity.
Through the concluded contract for awarding the public procurement, the aim is to ensure the supply of various scientific, reference and educational literature in all disciplines studied at Sofia University for the needs of the University Library, as well as for projects, programs and other activities related to the educational and scientific process.
The delivery of books, the subject of the public order, will be carried out if necessary and at the request of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", within the estimated financial resources. The contracting authority will submit requests for specific supplies on the subject of the contract, according to the needs of the faculties/units, reserving the right not to completely exhaust the indicated estimated values.

Note!! Separate position No. 3 will be awarded on the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Civil Code, in connection with Art. 20, para. 4, para. 3 of the PPA and participants should not submit bids for her.
