Description:
The public order includes the delivery of printing equipment for the needs of the Department of "Educational and Scientific Documentation" at the Medical University - Plovdiv under separate positions, as follows:
without VAT, from which is a planned budget of up to BGN 160,000 without VAT for delivery, installation, commissioning, warranty support during the warranty period and training of employees to work with the printing production system and up to BGN 292,968 without VAT for the full subscription service, maintenance and delivery of consumables of the printing production system for a period of 36 months.
OP No. 2 "Delivery and installation of a professional automatic laminator" - BGN 72,000 without VAT
OP No. 1 "Delivery and installation of color, sheetfed, laser/LED printing production system"
MINIMUM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Delivery of color, sheet, laser/LED printing production system-1 pc.:
Technical capabilities - printing of A4 media - min. 100 pages/min.
Automatic two-sided printing of media up to 900 mm.
One-sided and automatic two-sided printing of media weighing - min. 400 g/m2
Resolution (printing): min 1200 x 2400 dpi x 8 bit.
Controller RAM (RAM) - min. 16 GB.
Controller hard disk: min. 2 TB.
Input capacity of print media: min. 4,600 sheets.
Languages supported by the controller - Adobe PostScript3, PDF direct print, TIFF direct print, PPML v2.2.
