Description:
Delivery of printed, peripheral and multimedia equipment and original consumables for them in 3 separate items, including installation, commissioning activities (according to Column No. 7 of Appendix No. 1 Technical Specification) and warranty support (applicable to all separate items with except for articles with code TP1, TP2, ТCC1, ТCC2, ТCC3-1, ТCC3-2, ТCC3-3, ТCC3-4, ТCC4, ТCC5-1, ТCC5-2, ТCC5-3 and ТCC5-4).
A necessary requirement for the equipment (called "goods" for short), the subject of the public procurement, is to fully comply with all the requirements of the Contracting Authority specified in The technical specification (Appendix No. 1) from the Public Procurement Documentation.
The technical specifications do not contain requirements pointing to a specific manufacturer or supplier, nor a trademark, patent or origin characterizing the items.
In case of indication by the Contracting Authority in The technical specification of standards, models, sources, processes, trademarks, patents, types, origin or manufacture should be referred to as "and/or equivalent".
The goods subject to delivery are outside the scope of Ordinance No. H-1 of July 23, 2024 on the environmental requirements for certain products subject to public procurement.
