• Description:
• The subject of this public procurement is divided into three separate positions depending on the purpose of the products and includes the supply of horizontal and vertical single-stage, multi-stage and submersible pumps for drinking water, as well as pumps for отпадъчни води. Deliveries for each of the individual items will be made according to periodic requests from the Contracting Authority, depending on its financial capabilities and specific needs. The request will mention the specific parameters of the products /type and quantity/. Each of the requests will be delivered personally to an authorized representative of the Contractor, by mail - by return receipt, by hand against a signature or by e-mail. Deliveries to be carried out by the Contractor's transport to the storage base of The Contracting Authority (PSD), located at the address: Stara Zagora, Voivoda Stoino Chernogorski Street No. 53, up to 30 (thirty) working days after delivery of the request. The handover and acceptance of the respective delivery will be certified by a handover-acceptance protocol, signed by representatives of the Employer and the Contractor. Partial execution of the order and presentation of execution options are not allowed. Products for all three separate items must be new and unused, with a minimum warranty period of 2 (two) years. The term of validity of the contract for each of the individual positions is 36 /thirty-six/ months.
