- Delivery of ready meals for inpatients and staff on duty. Food in ready-to-eat form for the bedridden patients and food for the staff on duty at the "St. Ivan Rilski" UMBAL EAD, Sofia, with a view to ensuring the normal functioning of the medical facility for two-year period. It is necessary to deliver ready-made food for approximately 400 patients and approximately 45 staff on duty daily /the quantities are indicative, the contracting authority is not obliged to buy the quantities described in the Technical Specification/. From the variants of menus and packages for duty personnel proposed by the Contracting Authority will be selected for the preparation of the weekly menu. Deliveries will be made daily on requests according to the needs of the medical facility. The prepared weekly menu will be announced by the Contracting Authority one week in advance. The deadline for the execution of the order is 12 (twelve) months from its award. Participants should meet mandatory environmental requirements when executing the order, according to Art. 47a of ZOP. The minimum mandatory environmental requirements and the way to prove them are defined in Appendix No. 1 of Ordinance No. H-1 of July 23, 2024 on the environmental requirements for certain products subject to public procurement.
